Session: The Potential for AI to Disrupt Education
Ben is a 2nd Year PhD student in the Laboratory for Foundations of Computer Science at Edinburgh University. His research area is on spectral graph theory, which has proven to be a critical tool for analysing massive graphs. Outside of his research, he's working on a real-time entity resolution system for applications such as detecting bike thieves on Gumtree or money laundering. Raised in Edinburgh, Ben has experienced the Scottish education system from schoolboy to postgrad.
