Ali Shah is Global Principal Director for Responsible AI at Accenture. He also serves as an Executive Fellow at the World Economic Forum and a Board Member at the Ada Lovelace Institute. He was previously Head of Technology Policy at the Information Commissioner’s Office and worked his way up over the course of 15 years at the BBC, culminating in his role as the BBC’s Head of Emerging Technology and Strategic Direction. Ali holds a BEng Hons from the University of Sheffield in Electronic Engineering (Communications), Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
